Class Policies and Information
*Before signing up for a class, please read the information below. By signing up, you are confirming that you understand the information below (including our cancellation policy).

- Checks – Accepted in person or via mail. Be sure to include the registration form with your payment.
- Cash – Accepted in person only at Shalva Clinic (please do not mail cash). Include completed registration form.
- Credit Cards Online – Processed through PayPal (links are on class description pages through Paypal)
*Class enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. If a class is full we would be happy to add you to our wait list and will contact you if space becomes available. Shalva Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations.
Cancellation Policy (For all classes/events unless otherwise noted)
In order to keep our classes comfortable and to preserve our instructor to student ratio we must impose a cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. There are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations for any reason. A one-week notice is required for cancellation of any class in order to receive a class refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the registrant, credit card holder or checking account holder and must include the name of the registrant and contact information. All refunds will be issued by check within 14 business days of the refund request. If you do not cancel in writing at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled class, no refund will be given. Please feel free to send a friend in your place.

Refunds For Canceled Events
Shalva Clinic reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. In the event that Shalva Clinic cancels an event, registrants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit for any future class. Shalva Clinic will contact you to issue the refund or register you for a future class. All refunds will be issued by check within 14 business days.
Refunds For Rescheduled Events
Shalva Clinic will contact you with the new date and time as soon as we can. Registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. If you can’t make it, please let us know so that we can issue the refund. All refunds will be issued by check within 14 business days.
What to bring
In rare cases where an instructor wants you to bring something, that will be indicated in the class description and also in the e-mail confirmation that we send you.
What not to bring
Why we ask all participants to NOT to wear perfume, scented products, or scented clothing. Please bring socks or slippers as no outside shoes are permitted in the clinic.
Although our classes are designed for adults, we are open to having younger students in the classes. If you feel your child is mature enough to attend a class with or without you, please discuss it with us before signing up (as some classes are better for those under 18).
