It is a beautiful day in New England! What is one thing we can all do to benefit our health today? Get outside! A walk to your mailbox counts 

Vitamin D

Many children in the U.S. need more Vitamin D. SPENDING TIME OUTSIDE raises levels of Vitamin D, protecting children from bone problems and other health issues down the road. How’s that for a natural form of “PREVENTION”?
